The bed was very comfortable.

Lack of mini bar in room.

The Sheraton at LAX is very conveniently located to the airport. The staff was very friendly, and they even had a Wii tournament one evening in the lobby bar.

Bad handling of problem with elevator.

Late at evening of my stay, the elevator had problem and the hotel staff did not resolve in good way the problem, I was trapped for more than 45 minutes. The hotel staff told during that time that they called to technicians and would arrive within 10 minutes, but it was more than 30 minutes that really arrive the fire fighters, but unfortunately they did not know how to resolve. At the end I had to scape on a very narrow gap having a damage to my chest. The origin of the problem is that the hotel staff maintenance does not have any skills to resolve those problems. ...read more

The bath tub drain did not work very well.

For a hotel I found it very comfortable to stay, and the staff is very accommodating.
